Welcome to Techpreneurship Academy. By enrolling in our courses, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please review them carefully.
Eligibility
Participants must be at least 18 years old and possess sufficient proficiency in the language in which the course is delivered.
Registration and Payment

Fees: All course fees must be paid in full at the time of registration. Registration is not complete until payment is received.

Access and License
Upon payment, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the course materials for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This license is valid for the duration specified at the time of enrollment.
Intellectual Property Rights
All course materials, including videos, slides, documents, and other content, are the intellectual property of Techpreneurship Academy. Unauthorized distribution, reproduction, or sharing of these materials is strictly prohibited.
Code of Conduct
Participants are expected to:

Engage respectfully with instructors and peers.

Refrain from sharing course materials publicly or with individuals not enrolled in the course.

Avoid any form of harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior.
Coaching Program Brand Restriction Policy
Students enrolled and has any Career Accelerator or Coaching Program are prohibited from promoting, selling, or advertising "C2C/fractional coaching services" under their own personal or business brand for a period of 36 months following their enrollment.

Promotion or advertisement of such services on any social media, websites, email newsletters, or platforms constitutes a breach of contract.

Participants may only promote and advertise Techpreneurship Academy during this 36-month period if participating in affiliate or partner promotions.

Hosting webinars, classes, or bootcamps offering similar topics, frameworks, or deliverables taught at Techpreneurship Academy.
-
Running paid ads or sponsored posts promoting C2C/Fractional coaching.
-
Selling templates, toolkits, eBooks, Notion boards, or digital downloads that align with or mirror materials created or taught in any of our programs.
-
Using client/student testimonials or screenshots that stem from Techpreneurship Academy programs to promote your own business or authority.
-
Operating or advertising a business that targets the same niche (e.g., tech professionals, C2C contractors, career switchers, etc.) with similar services or programs within this restriction window.
Covered Channels
The non-compete restriction applies to the following digital and public spaces:

Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube

Email marketing (Mailchimp, ConvertKit, Substack, Flodesk, etc.)
-
Websites, sales pages, funnels, booking pages
-
Online learning platforms (Kajabi, Teachable, Thinkific, Gumroad, Podia)
-
Private or public communities (Slack, Discord, Circle, WhatsApp, Telegram)
-
Podcasts, newsletters, or any platform where a similar offer is discussed or promoted
This policy is in place to avoid brand confusion, prevent direct competition, and protect the integrity of our proprietary content and coaching frameworks.
Purpose of This Policy
This policy is designed to:

Protect proprietary materials, curriculum, and frameworks that have been developed through years of experience and market research.

Ensure clarity and exclusivity for current students and clients, avoiding market confusion.

Prevent unethical replication of business models or offers that Techpreneurship Academy has tested, validated, and monetized successfully.
We welcome student success and transformation—but we ask that students respect the boundaries and investment that has gone into building the Techpreneurship Academy brand.
By enrolling in any of our programs, you acknowledge and agree to these terms as legally binding.
Permitted Activities
During the 36-month restriction period:

Participants may refer students to Techpreneurship Academy through an official affiliate agreement.

Participants may share their learning experiences or success stories without promoting external services.

You may continue working as a contractor or employee in your tech role. This restriction does not apply to performing tech or UX/design/dev work—it only applies to building coaching/consulting businesses in direct competition with Techpreneurship Academy.
Violation Consequences
If a participant is found in violation of this policy, the following actions may occur:

Immediate termination of access to all Techpreneurship Academy programs, coaching, and platforms with no refund.

Permanent ban from all future enrollments, collaborations, and community access.
-
Legal action for breach of contract, intellectual property infringement, or unfair business competition.
-
Issuance of a cease and desist to halt any and all infringing activity or business operations.
Purpose of This Policy

Unauthorized Sharing of Course Materials
Participants are strictly prohibited from sharing, distributing, or reproducing any course materials, including videos, slides, documents, and other proprietary content, on any platform without explicit written permission from Techpreneurship Academy.
Consequences of Unauthorized Sharing:

First Violation:
- The participant will receive a formal written notice detailing the breach and will be required to remove the unauthorized content immediately.

Subsequent Violations:
- Access Revocation: Immediate termination of access to the current course without eligibility for a refund.
- Future Enrollment Ban: A permanent ban from enrolling in any future courses or workshops offered by Techpreneurship Academy.
- Legal Action: Techpreneurship Academy reserves the right to pursue legal action to protect its intellectual property rights, which may include seeking damages and legal fees.
By enrolling in our programs, participants acknowledge and agree to adhere to these terms to maintain the integrity and value of the educational experience for all members.
Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation by Participant:Â
Techpreneurship Academy offers both Live Bootcamp and Self-Paced Bootcamp programs. The refund policies for each are as follows:
1. Live Bootcamp

10-Day Refund Policy: Participants are eligible for a refund within the first 10Â days of enrollment, provided the following conditions are met:

Course Progress: Completion of at least 25% of the course content.
-
Attendance: Participation in a minimum of two live bootcamp sessions.
-

Proof Requirement: Participants must provide evidence of course progress and attendance as specified above. Failure to do so will void the 10-day refund eligibility.

Refund Amount: Eligible participants will receive a 50% refund of the course fee.

No Refunds Beyond 10 Days: Once access to the portal is granted and more than two class modules are completed, no refunds will be issued.

2. Self-Paced Bootcamp
- No Refunds: Due to the immediate access to digital content, no refunds are available once a participant has access to the portal and course modules.
3. Refund Request Process

Refund requests will be reviewed and processed within 30 working days.
Note: These refund policies are designed to protect the integrity of our programs and ensure fairness to all participants.

Cancellation by Techpreneurship Academy: We reserve the right to cancel courses with prior notice. In such cases, participants will receive a full refund.
Disclaimers
Techpreneurship Academy provides courses for educational purposes only. We do not guarantee specific results or employment opportunities upon completion.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount of the course fee paid. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from course participation.
Privacy and Data Protection
We are committed to protecting your privacy. Personal information collected during registration will be used solely for course administration and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.
Amendments
Techpreneurship Academy reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Participants will be notified of any changes via email or through our website.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of info@techpreneurshipacademy.com.
